Groathouse teamed with Plan One Architects to design and construct the new Big Horn County Jail. As the lead firm in the design-build team, Groathouse worked with Plan One to keep the project in budget without sacrificing quality or building function. The project was a success, and the jail began housing inmates nearly two months ahead of schedule and under the established $6-million budget.
