This 113,580 square foot high school was completed in Winter 2006. Using the CMAR delivery method we were able to bid the earthwork package before construction documents were complete, saving three months on the construction schedule. This project as well as Kaycee K-12 School, endured finacial and budget issues prior to construction. Groathouse worked with the Owner to bring the projects to reality aiding in legislation, and legal issues that stood as road blocks for building the projects.
