As Construction Manager-at-Risk for this 50,000 square foot classroom/gymnasium addition to the existing K-12 school, Groathouse addressed many issues typical to renovations such as limited site staging, structural enhancements, and concurrent use of the facility.
Through our experience with renovation projects we have become acutely familiar with the specific needs of owners during renovation work. Our approach to any renovation project is with understanding and appreciation for the importance of minimal disruptions to operations.
