Between Meadowlark Elementary and the old Buffalo High School, stands the new Clear Creek Middle School. Groathouse was selected as CMAR for the middle school while completing the new Buffalo High School for Johnson County. Midway through the project, available manpower of our subcontractors and weather created some delay. The impact was controlled by Groathouse with revised scheduling and supplemental crews to complete work with the least possible delay.
