The ownership of the building went through several variations, resulting in a tri-ownership between Allen Street Boys, LLC, West Park Hospital, and St. Vincent’s Hospital. The fast-tracking of the project and changing vision of the ownership increased the number of change orders and difficulty in completing the project. The majority of change orders were owner directed and were funded from the contingency and bid under run difference. The addition of an MRI unit and enclosing the patio area added approximately 45 days to the original contract.
