The Central Production Facility (CPF) is a 34,000 square foot kitchen and laundry facility constructed adjacent to the High Security Special Needs Facility at the Wyoming State Penitentiary. Groathouse Construction's scheduling capabilities were tested during construction by additionally completing several other small jobs for the Owner. This additional work had to be completed while the inmates occupied the facility. The CPF was completed in August of 2002.
