The Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) included several budget alignment suggestions allowing the Owner to choose cost savings without sacrificing programming or design intent. The building includes a student center; presentation hall; administrative offices; classrooms; a library; and labs for biology, geology, information technology, and nursing studies.
