Approximately 20% of the cost on this new high school was accomplished by Groathouse Construction personnel. Once the new high school was erected, demolition of the "old" high school took place. Using the CMAR delivery method, Groathouse was able to promote this project and with pre-qualification efforts we received 129 bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Receiving a larger pool of competitive bids for the project helped to maintain the Owner's budget.
