Renovating the 90 year old Noble Hotel was both challenging and exciting for Groathouse Construction. We worked to preserve many of the features that gave the building it's character. Features such as the; mahogany woodwork, tile floor, and antique light fixtures. In addition, the Owner demanded a high level of flexibility with partial use of the building only eight months into the project. They were able to move into the upper levels of the hotel while work was finished on the lower levels. The project finished more than 5% below the GMP and the project was a complete success.
