As CMAR, Groathouse completed pre-construction services for the Rocky Mountain Elementary School. The remote location of this project provided challenges such as limited material procurement, available subcontractors, and labor, for the project. Advertising for bids early and contacting our database of subs and suppliers directly helped to generate interest in the project. Once the new Elementary School was complete, the existing Elementary was demolished and the area became a play field for students. As the project reached completion, additional work was added by Change Order for a playground area and playground equipment.
