Groathouse was the CMAR for this extensive structural and stabilization renovation of Cody High School's Sweitzer Gymnasium. Aggressive scheduling and coordination with ongoing district operations helped make this project successful. Groathouse's Construction Management team performed so well on the project, the Owner awarded a separate contract to convert and existing natatorium into an auxiliary gymnasium and link that facility to the Sweitzer Gymnasium.
