Groathouse Construction, Inc. and Sargent Legacy, LLC request pre-qualified subcontractor bids for work on the Washakie Museum - Phase One, Worland, WY. Faxed bids will only be accepted until 2 p.m., faxed to 307-587-6613, on August 19, 2008. Sealed bids will be accepted at 1349 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY 82414 at 3 p.m. on August 19, 2008, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All prospective subcontractors must be pre-qualified. A pre-bid meeting will be held July 29 , 2008, 10 a.m. at the project site located on the corner of Big Horn Avenue and 23rd Street. Pre-qualification forms accepted up to 7 days prior to bid. Contract Documents will be completed by CTA Architects Engineers, but available from Groathouse Construction. The Driven Piles Labor, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractors have already been interviewed and selected for this project through an RFP released earlier this year.

- Anticipated bid date for remainder fo project is November 08 - acoustical ceilings, brick and stone veneer, metal siding, EIFS, doors and windows, painting, floor coverings, casework, food service equipment, fencing, landscaping, asphalt paving, and site concrete
