North Bighorn Hospital – New Horizon Care Center
This project took place in an active long-term care facility, which presented several challenges. Work included demolition of two concrete patios down to the structural decking and removal of an existing wall system. At the same time, the plumbing for the roof drains was replaced.
After demolition and plumbing were completed, the first patio was finished with a new membrane roofing system and updated metal wall panels. The second patio was then completed with the same membrane roofing system, followed by the installation of elevated paver stone decking. This upgrade allows residents to safely enjoy the space during both spring and summer.
