Tippet Rise Art Center
This project consisted of four new buildings, totaling roughly 15,000 sf of new construction to expand the Tippet Rise Art Center campus.
The largest structure, the Cirrus Building, is a two-story facility that includes administrative offices, a mastering suite, post-production audio and video rooms, a reading room, a library designed for 20,000 books, art storage, and a mechanical room serving the campus.
Additional buildings included four Nimbus residences, grouped in pairs to accommodate on-site artists, and a smaller practice facility. Site work included pathways connecting the new buildings, geothermal ground loops, potable and non-potable water systems, a sewer system, and a free-standing solar array integrated into the campus power grid.
