Wyoming Women’s Center

Wyoming Women's Center

This project involved a full HVAC remodel of approximately 24,534 sf of conditioned space. As a trusted government contractor in Wyoming, Groathouse Construction completed the work while ensuring quality, efficiency, and durability. The building also received a new membrane roof system to address pre-existing water leaks.

Two new air handling units (AHUs) and one makeup air unit (MAU) were installed on a newly constructed elevated mechanical platform covering about 2,074 sf. An 8-inch fiber-reinforced concrete slab was poured to support mechanical equipment and future upgrades.

In addition, two new chillers were installed to supply the new mechanical systems and support future equipment expansions.
