Yellowstone Regional Airport Quick Turnaround Facility
This project consisted of a new 6,700 sf car wash building, completed as part of a government construction in Cody WY initiative. The building features a structural masonry exterior, one automatic car wash bay (including equipment), two handwash/detail bays, and dedicated storage and equipment rooms.
The bays were constructed with sloped concrete to ensure proper drainage. The automatic car-wash equipment was included in our scope and installed through a subcontractor. The project also included sitework and a new 10,000 sf parking lot to support the facility.
