Yellowstone Regional Airport T-Hanger Development

Yellowstone Regional Airport T-Hanger Development

This project involved the ground-up construction of two 15,105 sf T-Hangar buildings at Yellowstone Regional Airport. As a trusted government contractor in Cody WY, Groathouse Construction delivered high-quality, durable structures designed to meet airport standards.

Each hangar features 11 personal units, along with a shared community bathroom and a maintenance closet. The buildings were constructed with a structural steel frame and a metal panel envelope. Each building includes a central steel stud wall with two layers of drywall to provide fire separation. Bathrooms were finished with drywall, paint, FRP panels, vinyl (VCT) flooring, and hard lid ceilings.
