Gottsche Rehab & Wellness Center Upgrades

This project was an extensive medical facility renovation in Wyoming completed within a limited budget. Through value engineering and careful budget alignment, our firm delivered most of the desired improvements.

The upgrades included:

  • Separating the utilities (electrical, mechanical, and sewer) from the adjacent Hot Springs County Hospital

  • Fully removing and redesigning the facility entry, including a new parking lot, canopy, and landscaping

  • Updating approximately 9,000 sf of interior space, including OT/PT areas, administrative offices, and kitchen and cafeteria improvements
