Laramie Derby Club
This project involved selective demolition across the entire 4,000 sf building. This renovation featured the creation of a new Bar and Teller line area, as well as the addition of an office space and three new bathrooms. With the building now accommodating 70 gaming machines, the facilities mechanical system was thoroughly upgraded for improved efficiency and comfort. Two new Roof Top Units were installed, including reinforcement of the roof structure and replacement of the existing roof membrane.
